We have just bought an apartment on the Bodrum Peninsula, and as I mentioned in an earlier post we planned to go in October to furnish it and take some pics in order to advertise it for lettings for next summer. Now we are thinking it may be better to wait until next March to furnish it rather than leave it all winter with new furnishings. But will next March be too late to start advertising for the summer? Also we would like to go in October just to have a look at it as we have not been back since purchasing and we want to make sure everything o.k. Do you think it is worth all the headaches to rent it out? We only have a one bedroomed apartment but it sleeps four and is in the most wonderful position with a large private balcony, with bbq and stunning sea views, so not sure we will get enough rental income to make it worthwhile! Sorry to go on, but we are so new to this and keep questioning ourselves and changing our mind. We need to make a decision so hopfully you can help. Thanks
