RIGHT KNOWLEDGE you need a residents permit to buy a car and a lot of insurance companies want it as well.

already bought 3 cars for my friends who moved to Marmaris. never ever asked residence permit And they do not have residence yet. Is it illegal or not ? Bryn i m Turkish and living this Bloody Turkey since when i born. so i know all law You can put your name on RUHSAT and insurance companies will not ask your residence

The above quote shows the extent of his legal knowledge. Anybody on a residence permit caught working runs the risk of deportation. You need a work permit to work not a residence permit.
