Hi,
It's a good job we don't all have the same tastes
I'm back home about 4 weeks from a week in Cala Llonga, my 1st holiday in Ibiza. Out of all my holidays in the Med, and there's been quite a few, it was the most boring, ie worst, I've ever been on. I'm not a disco animal but unless you're an utter sun freak or an alcoholic that "village" is hell and it's not that good for the alchos because booze by Ibiza standards is quite expensive there

. We went with our daughter and grand daughter and I don't know how our daughter stuck it out. My wife and I spent most nights in St Elulia, where there was something to do, but she spent most/all of her nights nursing WKDs watching her 4 year old child spending money in the fair ground.
OK so Cala Llonga is ideal for children as long as they like fairgrounds and shallow water at the seashore. 1 Question. Do you all go on holidays just for your children's pleasure or do you ever feel let's do something we, the parents, want to do, not every year but occasionally? I'm sure their grandparents could be bribed into looking after them for a week. If the option I had was Cala Llonga or a hefty bribe I'd make an appointment with my bank manager asap.
Sorry but Cala Longa just wasn't my cup of tea.
Peter
