I've not been to this hotel for several years but it was always a very pleasant, well maintained family property. I chose this hotel above all others i worked with for my parents to stay and find it hard to believe it's changed that much.
To be fair i've seen many standards of accommodation on the island and some of the best have had complaints and negative reiews - you can't please everyone .
If you are unhappy speak to your rep straight away, you're not going peak season so if you aren't happy there's no reason they shouldn't offer to move you.
