no idea on Winston Apmts - Gozo's my speciality ? (its not in Gozo is it ??? )

Hey my mum and I are looking on booking a late deal in beginning of september. In lots of searches in Malta we are finding the Winston Complex comes up a lot but again reviews we've seen haven't exactly been amazing. Would be really grateful if you could let us know how the trip went or if anyone else has info on these apartments that would be great! thanks

I had a great time, The winston wasn't the Ritz but it was clean, the food was good and the people and staff there were amazing. It was close to the bus station and the pubs and restaurants and the beach although Bugibba has a rocky beach we went to 2 sandy beaches a short bus trip away, Golden Bay & Melliha Bay. St Julians & Valetta are both amazing and we even went to a 'Festa' which was great. The weather was brill and if you like lazing by the pool the winston is a great place to do that. Also if you like site seeing Malta is brimming with history and fab building to look at.

I will definately be returning, met loadsa of brill people and had a wicked time. Austin the manager is realliy freindly so are Matty & Vince who work in the bar. And the lady cook is fab too.

Its well worth a try if you dont wanna spend too much on where you stay. Everyone we met will definately return.

so where were the apartments in the end ? - in Melliha ?

Winston Apartments........Hmmmmm - does anybody know if they were named after Winston Churchill or as it happens the owner/director of The Island Hotel Group happens to be named Winston Zara so I wonder if they they have been named after him and are probably part of that Group?

Gozomark - the title reads Winston Apartments in Bugibba - I think there might be a bit of a clue there!!
