Hello there!

Can anyone please share their experience or knowledge on the general cost of renting an apartment especially for a single person? I heard that since many apartments were built for the family in mind, finding a one bedroom or a studio is either very expensive or difficult (as the local landlord prefer to have married couple as tenants).

What is the general cost for a one bedroom/ studio as per:

1. rental price
2. bond/ deposit
3. utilities cost (electricity, gas, water), do you get your own bill?
4. where is considered as the nice/ safe area, vice versa?
5. a helpful turkish website that actually state prices on their website?
