I have just come back from a hols with them, the accom is lovely (well we were in ruby 3)

We used them for transfers and were taken to our accomm which was great as we were situated at the top in the blue section so no walking up the steep hills with buggy and lots luggage.

We didnt see much of the reps but they were there if you needed them.

Theres not much else to say however if you dont want a climbing hols then i suggest you ask where u will be situated.
