Its our first time flying with this company from birmingham and what a dissapointment its turning out to be all ready, 3 changes of timetable already thats 5hrs 15 mins off my holiday and theres another 8 weeks to go yet i'm dreading it,i phoned to complain and all they say is [is it more than 12 hrs delay] if so they will refund your money, does not matter i've had to phone the car parks up 3 times, change my hours of work 3 times, and now loose time off my holiday which i booked in jan.
What a NIGHTMARE.
5 hours 15 mins off your holiday!! get a grip - its not exactly much in the grand scheme of things is it..?
It may only be 5hrs 15 mins, but it's the knock on effect of other arrangements. Also it's damn annoying to be changed once, 3 times is well OTT.

Hi! I know what you mean sleep r us. Our flight was brought forward by 6 hours, therefore making it a night flight. (If I had wanted a night flight, I would have booked one, and saved myself a few bob as well!), not only that, my other half had to grovel to his boss, and ask for another day off (Without pay). So yes I can understand exactly where you are coming from.
