I know the Canaries will be busy as usual, but can anyone from experience tell me of resorts which should still be busy and those which will be closing/dead?

We went to Cyprus last October - sun was shining and everything open 
Well I went to Sharm recently and loved it there, I would imagine anywhere in the Red Sea area will be busy year-round 
Have been to both Cyprus and Rhodes(Lindos) in October and weather was great.Both were third week in October by the way. ( also been to Tenerife then for a week and it rained for 3days!)
I have been to Benidorm in october and it was busy too a lot of older people but a good mix of all ages too if that makes sense??
Thanks for all the advice. I ended up booking Torremolinos - off next Sunday.
