i stayed at the martinique last year and it was great, there was mixture of familys with kids and groups of males and females staying there and it didnt seem to be a problem as there is plenty for everyone to do.

it has crazy golf, football, basketball, tennis, pool tables, arcade machines, the pool area is huge and the pool its self is a good size.

the hotel in general is clean and smart, the rooms are big with huge terraced areas, the bar area is large, with a large screen tv and stage for evening entertainment, we didnt eat in at the hotel so i cant comment on that, but with the choice of places to eat within walking distance you may aswell take an evening stroll as most places are good value and good food. the beach is close by, 5 min walk if you take it slow, beaches are clean with clear waters, but i have seen the jellyfish too, ugly mothers!

as for booking online im not sure but i have booked online with canwebookit.com, and also checked with the hotel before who couldnt find my reservation, however i found out that these online companies are allocated rooms, say 100 per month and they sell them on behalf of the hotel, so because these rooms are allocated they only inform the hotel of arrivals a few days before, i think thats a bit silly, but thats how most of them work, the best thing to do is what i did and phoned the hotel and asked them to phone can webookit, the hotel then rang me back and confirmed which was ok. hope this helps

Just to inform you that we don't ask for a damage deposit on arrival. We supose that our guest are in holiday just to enjoy, not to disturb or cause damages to the Hotel.
If any damage is caused in apartment or in Hotel, we'll inform to our guest of the amount of damages.

well i'm there on friday,and ive booked with alpha rooms and havent bothered to check with hotel. if by some fluke i get turned away, i'll just stay in one of the sol hotels instead.
