Has anyone got any experience of booking a room with Alpharooms.com? We booked 4 rooms back in January to stay at the Martinique Apartments on the 29 April, 3 nights.

After reading that guests had been turned away from the Martinique because there was no record of their bookings, I e-mailed the Martinique to ask for them to confirm our booking. This was a couple of days ago and to date I've had no reply to confirm our booking or even to let me know that they've had my e-mails.

Another person had stated that he got a reply immediately to confirm his booking so this is now beginning to worry me. With only 2 weeks till we go, I really could do with peace of mind. I don't fancy getting there to be told that our rooms have not been booked.

Anyone got any further suggestions?

Many thanks

I've been with Alphrooms and so has my friend and we have never had any problems.

The phone number of the apartments is on our review site:- Click Here

If they don't reply via email then try giving them a call.

Hi

When you say you read that people were turned away - were they also booked with Alpharooms? We are booked with them ourselves for July, and when we posted on here a few months ago we got dozens of replies saying how efficient they were - I am sure lots of people will verify this.

Have you spoken to their Customer Services dept - I found them to be brilliant when I made a big mistake with my booking, very friendly and rang me straight back and sorted everything out.

Hope you get it sorted out, but I would not worry too much, they seem very efficient to me (hope I havent spoken too soon!)

Cheers for your replies, just as I was about to turn off my pc before an e-mail did actually arrive from the manager of the apartments confirming our booking.

I can now relax and begin to think of all the fun we'll have in just over 2 weeks - no kids or fella to stress over - YIPPEEEEEE!!!!!

Thanks again, and I'll let you know what the apartments are like upon our return

Feel a bit selfish because it makes me feel better about Alpharooms too.

Hi, just got back on Monday from the Martinique apartments and they were great.

Good location but not in the centre were all the noise is.

Staff were friendly and Mark and Sarah the entertainers were great - you must say hi to him from us - we were one of the "Noisy" Hen parties, the 12 northern lasses who took a shine to Mark.

We stayed in a one bed apartment and it was plenty big enough for 3 of us, the balconies were really big and the rooms were clean enough.

The pool is really big - although it was freezing - and I should know thanks to Paul, Aled and Jeff from Wrexham who took great delight in throwing me in constantly along with my towel!! Cheers lads!

If you're going with mates I'm sure you'll have a ball, but if going with young kids I'm not to sure - don't know what it'll be like there at that time of year but last weekend was full of hens and stags.

We had a ball and would definitely go back - in fact thinking of booking again for me and my fella for September.

All in all a wonderful weekend was had by all of us - and the weather was fantastic... have a great time

WOWWWWWWWW!!!!

What more can I say, we had a fantastic time from the minute we boarded our BMI Baby flight in Manchester at 7.00am Friday morning (29/04). It was full of hen/stag parties and the atmosphere on board was brilliant. The air stewards loved the atmosphere too saying it made a change from being quiet and boring!! It was more like a school bus full of teenagers rather than a flight!!!

We stayed at the Martinique - along with loads of other hens and stags - all of whom were brilliant. Met loads of really nice guys - even the Wrexham lads who threw us in the pool several times were a decent bunch of lads!!! Special hello to Jeff on his stag do with his mates, Paul, Aled and the rest of you - including the ones banging the pans at 6.00am Saturday morning!!!!

Hello also to Thorpedo if you're reading this - loved your bikini it really suited you!!! thing you're real name was Ant.

The rooms were great and we had a fab view of the pool. It was great having conversations over the balconies with other groups at 6.00am in the morning whilst downing a few brandy and cokes!

Hi to Mark - the entertainer at the Martinique - you were a darling - although you never did get round to doing the Mr and Mrs Martinique which would have been a laugh! And you definitely looked GORGEOUS in your shirt and tie!!!

Loved it in the Alexander bar - the group who were playing were really good - definitely recommend you try it out. We were the group of girls dancing in the window - hi to any guys who saw us - me in the black dress!

The Revolution bar was also pretty good and the Brittannia, can't remember the rest of the names cos I'm crap at remembering places. The Banana club was ok although your feet stuck to the floor cos of all the spilt drinks.

The weather was fantastic, got a lovely tan after burning initially.

Would definitely go back to Magaluf and stay at the Martinique apartments. Hello to anyone else who stayed there and met us - the noisy northern lasses who had a great time...

Just wish I was still there!!!
