quite a few car hire places in pefkos on the main drag, marathon is one and Zeus is another i hired a car from Zeus for 3 days and paid 75 euros.
they all had offers running while we were there (sept21st) just need to ask what they are.

Just ask around locally - don't book in advance - there's lots of local competition so you will get some good deals.
