Sorry this doesn't really answer your question but thought I would post anyway.

We stayed in them in April with Gestaltur the apartment was very spacious and we were on the first floor, which was great as I am not too keen on lifts and the views were fab. The interior was very dated and the beds uncomfy and Gestaltur were crap when we complained especially about the live wire my three year old got a nasty shock off. I loved the location of them though and they were clean.

But if you book with another company you may well get a different apartment.

Thanks krjv, the apartment i stayed in with gestular a few years ago was on the second floor overlooking mcdonalds, i thought they only had 1 apt in this block perhaps they have more now.
