Mobys is open all year round,as is the burger king,owned by the same guy 
Tropics is only open on weekends in the winter,but at the end of october it should be open every day. It will not get busy before 1 or 2am thou.
The other bars of this franchise (picadillis on the beach,the surfbar and the white horse as well as all other burger kings and the cantina mexicana) are closed from november.

i have also been in october, moby's is defnitely open. That tends to actually get quite busy, as it's a good place to start off, as you get good drink deals. But beware of the pr's they are very persistant.
