Just a quick thanks to Ros Fernihough for getting satisfaction from a recent holiday from hell experience.
Thanks to Ros and her team we got the cream - eventually.
I'll second those thanks for Ros and Pam. She's sorted my complaint with the minimum of hassle, and kept me fully informed throughout.......very professional.
