Not sure if this is what you are after, but you could always stop in at the huge Miramar Shopping Centre in Fuengirola on your way to San Pedro. It's only a minute off the N340 as you prepare to exit the town. Lots of very good toy shops there. and all under one roof.

There is also a big Toys R Us near to Malaga airport, you should be able to get most things there I would have thought.

If you want somewhere near S. Pedro, El corte Ingles is only five mins away at Puerto Banus, they have a large toy dept. Also Alcampo in La Canada shopping centre on the A-7 road just at the back of Marbella, they sell lots of bikes and scooters.

Yes, you can see the Miramar Centre from the main road through town. As you head along the N340 in Fuengirola, the best exit to take is the cambio de sentido after the Aqua Park (the one at Dunn's supermarket, just beyond Lidl's). You'll see the massive Miramar on the right from the main road.
If you miss that exit, take the next (immediately after crossing the bridge over the Rio Fuengirola, with the Sohail Castle up on the left). A sneaky one this. You don't know it's there until you are on it, so take great care.
Chillingly, I think it is signposted to the Cemetery!
