hi from island girl, thank you for all your replies from my original post. i would have replied sooner but we have been busy moving house and the net was dissconnected for a while. still not had a reply from direct holidays from our original letter of complaint. sent august! i have been most interested from a few holiday accomodation reviews from holiday makers that were at the club mygjorn this summer that had a great time on a last minute booked holiday. funny as ours was cancelled due to overbooking? strange how direct holidays can offer cheap holidays but cancel others booked a year in advance. does that not say exactly what the scam is going on here at the expense of the loyal customer.
