When did you submit your claims form to ABTA?
sorry I cannot help with your question directly but indirectly I could suggest you talk to your credit card issuer providing you paid for your holiday using a credit card.
I believe the issuer is equally liable for such losses providing you paid more than £100 and less than £30,000.
Give them a ring.

I was out in Costa Brava with Redcrest when they went bust, luckily enough i didn't have to apply for a refund as we still got our holiday and ABTA put on coaches for us to get home.
However, there is someone posted on the costa brava forum saying they got a refund from ABTA in about three months. Here's a link to the post.
