Hi Joss, it's red hot in summer, and anywhere that takes your fancy is worth visiting, but for a new visitor to Malta I would highly reccomend Valletta, Mdina, Marsaxlokk, Mosta, Three Cities, but best thing to do is get yourself a good guide book or check out these websites http://www.vistmalta.com or http://www.choosemalta.com just ask if you need any more help.

Hi Joss,

I don't think you can go wrong anywhere in Malta for Snorkel/Scuba diving especially if you like wreck diving, there are schools all over the place. All the beaches are to be found in the northern part of the island but unfortunately if you are not going to drive then you will probably be restricted to Mellieha beach. Gozo has some beautiful beaches but again a little tricky to get to all of them by bus.
Restaurants and the food that they offer are very good so again no problems there. Your biggest problem is going to be where to stay? :?

Hi Joss,

Yes you must visit Gozo. Suggest you hire a car and take it over to Gozo and include a visit to our favourite beach at Ramla. Beautiful golden sand, fairly safe bathing and a couple of nice cafes. I don't think you'll be disappointed,
