Destinia.com is the packages website of the same peaople of hotelkey.com and interhote.com. The are based in spain. I made a reservation with them in 2003 in salou. The usually have good prices, but the need to update hotel information

I paid the full amount for a three night stay in Rome, Italy.
I received the voucher for the hotel a few minutes after paying.

When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel had no reservation under my name.

Destinia.com never reimbursed me a penny.

Since the site is Spanish, you must google the spanish term for fraud, "estafa", with destinia.com to hear about all the victims of destinia.com.

Destinia.com is either an honest company that made a mistake, or scammers who will take your money and provide no service if they can get away with it.
