we have booked a holiday to zante in may/june but minus the transfers, we are planning to hire a car but my wife feels that we should wait until we reach our resort before hiring.
there are 4 of us in our party (2 adults & 2 children).
on-line i have been quoted £50+ return fare from the airport to tsivili, i have heard that i can hire at the airport much cheaper as we arrive as there are plenty taxi's to choose from.
can anyone please advice of the possible cost as well as the availability of the taxi's as i don't want to be left stranded or waiting for hours with 2 kids at the airport.
any advice would be appreciated.

The taxis fares as of last year are as such and are regulated. one tip with taxis is to always check the fare before you get in.
