I am in the same situation as yurself looking for good rental listing sites. I have property in the Algarve and am finding it difficult to know which sites to advertise with. How long have you been with click4holidayhomes? Have you had any response?

I think we are all in the same boat on this one!!!

We tried to whey up the pro's and con's of it all, and decided that the best way to go was to try a site that only charges commission if the site produces clients. This way, if it does'nt work they don't get paid. And let's face it, I would like to pay him £1,000 a year in commission, that way our villa is fully booked!!

The best thing that we like about this site is the fact that you can search for a particular place, ours is Gumusluk, Nr Bodrum, Turkey.
We have had success through this site, so it does work. We are also on Click4 as well but no success yet. We did have one enquiry using:-

But after a certain period of time you have to pay.

I have just listed on click4holidayhomes.com last week no enquiries yet. Also listed on Homelidays last week and got an enquiry today.I am also about to list on villarenters.I will look into the other sites mentioned soon.

Yea... we did click4 this week as well, seems to be a good one.

And we have bitten the bullet and decided to try one paying site as well:
http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/ seems to be popular on here. So we are going to give them 1 year trial and see what happens

Already had enquireies from villarenters.com which is our best site out of them all so far.
