hi everyone,
Please can anyone tell me if it would be ok to take clothing from the uk to give away in Goa, I seem to remember reading somewhere that it would be appreciated. However i / we would'nt like to offend anyone. Any help on this matter would be welcomed. Thank - you all once again.

Thanks for that, we gave out 605 sets of clothes in Mumbai last week so some more in stock would be great so we can do the smae somewhere else... Maybe Margao next time... There are some more pictures if anyone is interested.... Have a look on the Children Walking Tall or Pictures thread....
perhaps i should of clarified myself better. the clothing we will have will all be adult sizes, eg: jeans, t-shirts,shoes ( not tatty or worn out ), shirts, dresses/skirts approx size 10/12,tops and other assorted items. Are these the sort of items required, some are still brand new.
Thank-you for all your comments and help on this matter. john & carol
waiters would love them ,im sure
We do still take 'Large' Clothes, although we prefer children's sizes obviuosly... Many are given out to the Rag pickers, children's parents etc... Waiters get a really good deal as it is... but give them to who you think would use them best.
