I have just booked our family holiday flights for Menorca and to save anyone elses wife becoming an internet widow for a week I can offer the following advice:

If you can use Gatwick visit the First Choice flight only website as they have an extensive timetable with reasonable flight times and prices with a substantial internet booking discount and also options to exclude meals.

We booked flights in July for an 11 day holiday for £554 for 4 people including meals and fuel surcharge etc.

Second best to this would be BA whose times are mostly good and the price includes decent legroom and inclusive food and drink. Make sure you register with them as you then receive £5.00 off each.

I found Thomson(Britannia) and Airtours and Monarch were all too expensive.

The cheapest was Easyjet...but only if you don't mind flying at midnight and thats before you get delayed...
