I've done this a couple of times, for the same reason as you (package cheaper than a flight onlly). If you don't want to use the accommodation and/or coach transfer from the airport, just find your tour rep when you come out of the airport, and tell them you won't be using the transfer or the accommodation.
Thats all you have to do, and thats only so that the other passengers on your flight don't have to wait hours on the tour rep looking for you before they can leave the airport and start their transfer.

We then looked at Expedia to see if it would be cheaper to do it ourselves and found the exact same flights (same plane even) were £350 each!!!
Now the £913 ins transfers, Gold Insurance and accomodation so I don't know what Expedia are trying to do?
Anyway I'd presume it'll be fine for you not to use the accomodation but you should make sure you tell someone when arriving at the airport because it wouldn't be fair to let people sit on a coach waiting for you!
Thanks for your replies. I've now booked just flights, as the package I was looking at went out by £300 within half and hour! I suspect the price cannot have been updated for a while, and had I tried to book it at the price on the front screen when I first found it,I would probably have found it wasn't available anyway at that price anymore.
