Hi
We live in the dordogne,France and because we are getting on a bit are considering a move to somewhere a bit warmer and a place which is a bit more manageable. We think it might be a better bet to rent somewhere long term than to purchace. We need two bedrooms and a garden as we have three small well behaved dogs. I suppose its a tall order but would welcome your opinion and advice as to go about finding such a place

Hi, I just thought the Algarve maybe somewhere for you to consider. Its warm in the winter, can be cool at night. Hot in the summer. I know property is reasonable and the people here are animal lovers. Taveria is beautiful with a medium size expat community. Central Albufeira is very hetic in the summer, may not be ideal. worth a bit of investigation.
Flash, The Algarve isnt so warm at the moment and hasnt been since end of November and last winter was the same. Not bad in daytime but really cold at night. Seems to me the weather is changing all over the world with this global warming. Regards Jayjan
