I stayed here in June with my partner. The waterpark is approx 15 minutes walk away but it is a pleasant walk, past pretty villas with loads of lovley flowers. There is a little inlet near by, if you go in the evening you can watch the locals jump into the water! I can not remeber whats its called but its beautiful. The pool was warm whilst we were there but it can get crowed at times with kids and lilos and its not the biggest we have seen. The beach is small but stunning!! You can wade out several metres but definalty safe for small ones, just make sure they wear some shoes as it can be a bit rocky in places. If you can not be bothered to walk up to the hotel there are 2 bars on the beach including toilets. One bar is carved out of the rock and the other has a pirate theme. There is also plenty of shade towards the back of the beach where there are loads of trees. If you can request a room at the rear of the hotel as the rear overlooks the bay.
