We were happy enough with our stay at the 5*Grand Resort, Hurghada to book again this year. Rooms spotlessly clean, spacious and well furnished. Service good.

The hotel is not directly on the beach but is opposite the sister hotel Grand which is - nice beach but no house reef for snorkelling,

Regarding El Gouna, Have read good reports of the Sheraton Miramar.

I have stayed there and it does rank amongst the best hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world .

I would personally have a preference for El Gouna over Hurghada
