Winter 2006-7 fares won't be out until this summer - depends on the airline/route you want. If you register on their website, they'll send you updates.
Summer 2007 - unlikely to be out until sometime in the winter

Well this year Easyjet released their summer 2006 flights around Late Nov / Mid December depending on what airport you are flying from - Ryanair were around the same, so you have a bit of a wait I'm afraid.
