Hi,
I was unable to get either edition of The Independent when they were giving away the cd and book as my newsagent sold out both days. I e-mailed the Independent ( there is a contact section on their web site INVALID URL and explained this to them asked if they could send them to me and hey presto less than a week later book and cd arrived.
