If you have a look via the search button for "wine" there is a fair thread about it. However the only wine that i have found is called Vin Ballet, comes as white ,red ,rose is about £8 per bottle. The whit and rose are OK if well chilled, can't comment on the red.
Evidently there is a champagne type wine that is cheap and cheerfull
There is also some other wine a bit like port or sherry but neither me or wife liked it.

Wine is very expensive in Goa. Cheapest about £1 per glass and the more expensive about £2.50 per glass. A bottle will be £6 minimum and usually more expensive.
I think the white wine I sometimes had was called Riveria, but cant really remember now. It was cheap and cheerful anyway!!!
Have a great holiday, I am so jealous

There is also a wine called Madera, which they show on the menu as Madeira !! Not all restaurants sell it, but it isn't too bad, pricey though.

As a regular red wine drinker the best wines we had were in the restaurants eg. J & A's and Midas Touch. It is expensive compared with other alcoholic drinks in Goa but that's okay you are on your jollies enjoy :glynis

Be prepared if you have red wine to get it chilled!
Strange at first, but soon becomes room temperature.
A few places i had red wine asked if i wanted it warm or chilled 8)

Some of the supermarkets have imported Chilean wine at around £6 a bottle and upwards. Why not buy a box at duty free?

Yes you can.
I had a bottle of Vin Ballet (white) every night I have been there. Not top quality but it is OK. I tried the red once - never again.
Cannot remeber the price.

Samtheboater, Vanda, his wife, and I went to Sweet Chilli in Sinquerim last year and they were selling Hardy's Australian wine. A bit pricey by Goan standards but less than I sell it for in my pub over here..........

How much wine do you take in your suitcase - comfortably? I mjust admit I only drink red wine and cant imagine 2 whole weeks without any!!! :(

We normally take a 3ltr box in each case. 3 ltrs weighs 3 kilos so adjust the amount of other stuff you take accordingly. :D

I took 3 litre box in case in March when we went to Thailand but the wine there wasn't as bad as I expected.

Is there a limit as to how much you can take into Goa? Would hate to have it confiscated or worse!!!
