As Anne says it depends how many drop offs they have en-route. It took a friend of mine over 2 1/2 hours to Lindos once, i think they (Olympic) took her on an island tour!
If there's 4 or less and the transfer bothers you i'd get a taxi, it only costs around 35 euros.
