wait for a bus - 0-30 minutes
bus from Sliema to Cirkewwa 60-90 minutes
then wait for a ferry - timetable at http://www.gozochannel.com/ - on average they are one every 45-75 mins depending on time of day
ferry takes 25 minutes

so all in, if lucky 90 minutes, if unlucky 4 hours - typical would be 2-2 1/2 hours

Hi Dave, you need to get the 645 which orginates at Sliema Ferries, it goes up Bisazza Street and proceeds around Sliema down Tower Road stopping at every stop, it then continues around Balluta Bay towards St Julians so there are plenty of places that you can catch it from, hope this helps.

Hello Mark & Sliema2, thanks for the info I have done this trip before but could not remember how long it tuck, the last time I did it we just got on the bus to Victoria, I needed to know so I can phone the carhire people as to what time I will be there. (Would not want to have him standing round all morning)
