Fishing trips, Boat Trips & Glass bottom Boats

Can any members provide some information about boat trips. Myself and the wife would like do a dolphin watching trip (something like the Freebird one we did last time) and also we would like to do a glass bottom boat trip but need to know what (if any) are available and the price. I would also like to do a fishing trip or to and would appreciate some suggestions/info.
