I've suggested that a sticky topic for Recommended Places To Visit be placed in this forum.
I'd like the members to decide if this is a good idea.
Also if you think of any other suggestions to make this forum easier for new visitors to find information please post them here.
Thanks

If I knew what a sticky was I might be able to comment, but I don't
What are Sticky topics?
Sticky topics appear below any announcements in viewforum and only on the first page. They are often quite important so you should read them where possible. As with announcements the board administrator determines what permissions are required to post sticky topics in each forum
I don't know what sticky is either but more than happy to recommend places to visit in Malta...and timeshare corners to avoid
Sticky because they are topics that always stick at the beginning of the forum saving folks the need to search through pages and pages. there are presently 2 stickies "IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ" and "WEATHER: forecasts, reports, Q&As"
Grazzi Ingliza, now I understand.
Great idea, saves us looking around for the more important stuff.
Sorry folks for not explaining 'sticky' topic
Thank you Glynis, we'd best get busy filling them then!
Thanks Glynis.
Your welcome. Anything else that you think of just post.
