Majorca price for cigerettes

We are going to Majorca end of April and wondering what is the recent price for cigerettes over there. We dont smoke ourselves but have been asked to fetch some back. Cheers

Hi I got back from Magaluf on Sunday. In the tabac shops (you can't get cigs from supermarkets anymore) Lambert & Butler were 35euro and Benson and Hedges 37euro. But we made the mistake of leaving it too late to buy our cigs from the tabac shop, we were told by law they have to close by 7pm, when we got there on our last night they were closed!!! We had to get our L&B from the airport for 37.5euro (I have no euro key on my key pad)!!! :roll:

Anyone able to let me know how much cigarettes and tobacco are currently selling for in allcudia.

You will find that prices of ciggies all throughout mainland spain and the Balarics are the same as they are controlled by the govenment.

That`s exactly the same price as Benidorm, like the previous poster states, the prices are now controlled by the government and any "price war" will soon be rectified by an increase in IVA by the Spanish government.

(I have no euro key on my key pad)

Press the Alt Gr key at the same time as the number 4 and it should work.....like this € :wink:

Hello, In June we stayed in C'an Picafort and 200 L&B were 35 Euro, Embassy, Regal and B&H were 36 Euro. (Don't know if prices vary from resort to resort, prices were the same in the 3 tabac shops I went in)
They only sell tobacco in the Tabac shops now due to spanish law, so there is no point trying various supermarkets to look for a better deal unfortunatly

yes we found the same prices 35 & 36 euros depending on brand and if you pay by your card they add a bit extra
