The past two years we have managed to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Christmas and would like to do it again this year. so does anyone know of a travel agent who does AI for one week and is quite reasonable. last year we went to lloret de mar and the year before Tenerife , dont mind where really but the hotel must be at least 3*.

I can recommend the Louios Phaethon Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The tour operators who use it are Portland Direct and Thomsons. (which are the same company). The food, drinks and service are excellent.
Totally agree with Yvonne - spent Christmas at the Phaethon (2003) it was excellent and hope to do it again sometime
