Hi Shuggy,

We're off to Kassiopi same time as you 5th May for a week. Never been in May before but should imagine most things will be up and running. I'm more concerned about the weather as I've heard there can be a fair bit of rain at the start of May. Where you flying from?

Hi
We went the same time last year to Kassipoi, its the 1st day of the season. Transfers were a little crazy and the airport as everyone was gearing up for the season. It was very quiet the 1st week and alot of things didnt realy start til the 2nd week, sunbeds, water sports ect. The weather was pleasant and it got hotter as the days went by. We started off wearing a light jacket in the evening but they wearnt required by the 2nd week. We all went back with a tan! Its a nice time of year, not too busy so you can get to know the locals and make some new friends.
Hope this helps supersox

Don't rub it in you lucky thing!!! 7 weeks to go untill mine. Hope you have a good time! If you come acroos a bar run by Sophie and Yannis, think its called On the rocks or something similar, say hello for me. Its a cracking bar with great cocktails. Theres a great boat/beach barbeque I would reccommend ask for Costa's boat he's a lovely guy, but be careful of the ouzo game, not for the tame hearted!! Wish I was There!!! ENJOY!! :wave

The ouzo's a must for me. Greece isn't Greece without an ouzo or two. Mind I enjoy mine with lemonade and ice. Not silly enough to take it neat. Roll on!

We went to corfu mid may a few years ago and it was glorriously hot - in fact it was hotter than the previous August at one point.

We had one thunderstorn - lasted about half an hour but half an hour later you couldn't tell - all the rain had dried up and you would never have guessed about the storm.
