Hi, really not sure where to go in september, last two years went to thassos golden beach loved it apart fron the wasp and had a bit of rain.
Going with friends this year and they have left it up to me to sort it, all they want is hot weather nice big beach close to hotel and somewhere to scuba dive, ive been searching for age's now but would like some help with recomendations. Was looking at Kafalonia or skiathos but looks like the weather could be a bit iffee, what about corfu or even cyprus any help would be much apreciated.
If you want the weather good in september, you need to go to the more southern islands Crete Rhodes Kos, have been to Pefkos in Rhodes fairly small quiet place specially in September, not sure about the scuba diving

We went to Lesvos in October (quite a few years ago) and had brilliant weather. Also Lesvos is unspoiled Greece. I am sure other HT members will be able to give you up to date info. It is on my list of places to visit again.
