I've never been to Costa del Sol, but have been looking it up for a holiday for about 10 days, late may running into June.

I don't know much about the towns, I'm just beginning my search, but I don't have a lot of time as I want to book quite soon.

Wondered if anyone could recommend any hotels or apartments based on my requirements below:-

1. Not too noisy, but near some shops and restaurants.
2. Near transport - want to see the area, mabye Gibraltar etc.
3. Might prefer apartment - we like a fridge.
4. Like seaview/sunny balcony in afternoon/evening, for glass of wine on the balcony!
5. Like daily towel change.
6. Like modern, clean 4* or good 3*.
7. Not to fussed about beach - prefer a decent sized pool, plenty loungers.

So far looking up Pyr Fuengirola, Vistamar Benalmadena, and Myramar Castle Beach Fuengirola. Not totally jumping up and down about any of them, but really like the sound of the area.

Which resort is in the middle?
