hi yummymummy ...thats a bit bulky why not take your c d walkman ....buy wee speakers at the dutyfree about £12....plug them into the walkman and bingo ......sony are the best ones .....but you have to put one battery in them you can also use it at the pool in the room on the bus plane anywere you want......have a great time........joanne

Thanks for that, but the reason i didnt want to do that is because i dont fancy using batteries. I thought i could just use the cd player in my room and plug it in . oh well
i suppose ill live without decent music for 2weeks

Yes you can take portable CD players on the plane, and they can be run off of a mains lead.
