I had my purse stolen last month, which contained my E111 card.
Any ideas on how to get a replacement, or do I need to go to the Post Office to complete a new application for one?
Many thanks in advance!

Just ring the contact number on that page and they will issue a replacement card. i noticed last Friday that the spelling on my sons name was wrong and so I phoned up that evening and they said I would have a replacement card within 10 days. It arrived on Monday, which I thought was excellant.
Brilliant!
