If you have a full refund then what's stopping you?

Just intrigued as to how you managed to get a full refund...didn't you have to forfeit the deposit.

No they altered my flights,that was just a little bit of the dispute because
they were altered online about 5 weeks before they bothered to tell us.When they did they gave us 14 days to reply the letter took 17 days to arrive.So this morning they eventually said I could have a full refund because of the flight change ,when I was arguing with them about
something else so I thought fair enough and then the same holiday came up cheaper and included what we had been arguing about. sioux

We had a similar dilema, we had booked to go in July for 2 weeks to tenerife, when we booked the hol, we had lovely flight times 12 oclock dinner time, a couple of weeks later we received a letter saying the flight times had changed to 3am in the morning, we were gutted, to say the least, and were very tempted to cancel, and very nearly did, but the holiday was a real bargain (and has gone up £600 pounds since booking), so we decided to grin and bear the horrendous flight times. Today we received another letter, saying the times have been changed again (To the exact original time!), I'm so glad I didn't cancel, just goes to show how the flight times can change more than once!

Glad everything worked out ok for you sioux, £65 is better in your pocket than their's. Nice one!!! BBB
