Along the top of this page you have links to Resort Reports where you can find Bulgaria and all its resorts, and in Hotel Reviews you can home in on Bulgarian Hotels.
In relation to your specific questions, there plenty for children of all ages in Sunny Beach, and it is likely to be hot.
I would suggest you get some brochures from a travel agent. Balkan Holidays is the market leader for its range of hotels in all the resorts.
Sunny Beach is not the only place, a lot of us prefer Golden Sands or some of the others, it's up to you.
