I saw on another thread that a waterpark was mentioned. We are going to be staying in Albena and wondered if it was worth going to and where it was. Not going until August 2007, but I like to be organised!!

Last year it cost about £8 per person its cheaper for the under 120 cms kids.

The water park is fantastic, but after paying admission you still have to pay for sunbeds & they are pretty expensive so take plenty leva with you. 
We stayed in Albena 2 years ago. We went to Golden sands for the day (got a Taxi). Went round resort, went shopping and then went to water park at 4pm. It was half price after 4pm and less crowded. I think it cost about 15 pounds for a family of 4. The park shuts at 7pm. As it was less crowdwd there was no queueing which meant we were able to have over 2 hours of constant fun. There are lockers in the waterpark so we could put our stuff in them. To be honest we did not use a sun bed as we spent most of the time enjoying the rides.

There is this one, a small one on the Kuban Hotel complex and, apparently, another one Aqua Paradise under construction/possibly completed on the outskirts of the resort, towards Nessebar.

I am sure there is an aquapark at the back of Sunny Beach, as well as the small one at the Kuban. I understand that the main one opens on 1 June.
