Well I always go all-inclusive and have always got drinks and food up to the minute we leave, and gone home with the wrist bands on....Our flight is at 7:10am so we need to be there for 5am....dropping the car at the car park at 4:30 so have to leave home at 3:30am...i love doing that its really exciting...get up in the dark and go on holiday...reminds me of when I was little ........
I'm looking forward to my holiday now!!!! feel like I know all the 24thers already!!!

I go on the 24th May........LEARNING GREEK....i taped a programme last night TALK GREEK....BBC2 daft o clock in the morning.....Short beginners course covering the most useful travel essentials.

Our experience of all inclusive is that you will get food and drink right up until you leave, it would become an administrative nightmare otherwise (plus loads of arguments), so I wouldn't worry too much about that one.
The late checkout is another matter, most flights appear to be during the night and therefore, many people will be wanting to take advantage of this service. However, we doubt that the hotel will be full and therefore, should be readily available and time of vacation negotiated locally, we intend to sort this out when we get there, so if we are wrong, we will be crashing out in the hotel reception after the second world cup semi-final.
Having said all that, if you are travelling with friends/relatives, it is probably worth just booking one room.

Yassu - thats the only greek word I know and im not even sure if that is spelt right, think it means hello goodbye and thankyou lol we going with friends and only have the one late check out room booked, just somewhere to change and shower for our journey home.

when you get your drinks, to say cheers in greek you say "Yamas"

Hi all - been away to London for weekend and really missed the forum!!
Everyone seems so much more positive and excited - with only 3 weeks to go for the 24thers!!! I've even planned my shopping trip for this Saturday to get some holiday clothes for us all.
Anyone got any more news on the BBC programme - would be great if they exposed FC!!!
My two daughters Becky 9 and Charlotte 6 would love to chat to other children who will be at Kos ABC in June, we will be there from Sun 18th June for 2 weeks.

3 weeks!!!!!! i personally will never book with fc again, went to corfu last aug. booked through thompsons, flew with thomas cook and apparently were on the fc list when we arrived. obviously flying with tc went to them for transfer, but oh no there was none, had to provide us with a taxi cos we were with fc. Never saw or heard from a rep the whole week, day before we came home note under door for departure, anyway the bus didnt turn up to pick us up, and by the time we got to airport we were rushed through as they were boarding!!! Should have known better but think this has definately put me off. just hope nick doesnt turn up at hotel, and film us all getting tipsy 
I won't be rushing to book with first choice again but will reserve judgement until we see what they have provided for us in Kos!

I was booked to travel on 20th and they cancelled me
Was not given the choice to defer to 24th as (at that stage - over a month ago) they would not confirm that would be open on 24th.
So I am now going to Turkey and FC funded the difference. If you want to know anything else then let me know!

I am sooo ooooooo very excited now!!! so excited that i am trying to book a holiday to Cuba for August....the Cuba forum is boring as there isn't any up-to-date feedback on two hotels that I am interested in.
