hi the only internet cafes i've seen are in the Med village and i'm not sure if you can upload photos or not. some other hotels have internet cafes in them but you would have to find out what ones.

have stayed at most h 10 hotels in salou and they all have comps with card readers

There are several internet cafes in Salou. The one I use is just behind danny Boys and the Picadilly Pubs. They will even let you hook up your own lap tops in there if you ask them nicely. Also you could try the Connect Inn while has excellent food by the way. There is also internet access at the main tourist information office near Europa Plaza. All of these charge roughly the same, that is 1 euro for 10 minutes.

There's internet connections in Holiday's a big shop on the roundabout. They are right at the back.
