We stayed at the Jasmine a few years ago, they are nice apartments, set a little way from the centre but still easy to get to via beach path or road (Dolmus stop outside).

As for the bars in Gumbet.... well just head for Bar street and theres loads of them. Heres a link to a Gumbet site with bar info etc.
