Hi, I can't help you with the hotel as I don't know it. Lighthouse Beach is pretty much one promenade so in 3 weeks you could eat moe than once in each restaurant. Coconut Grove seemed to be the most popular, Fusion and the Spice Garden are nice. You will no doubt go to Trivandrum at some point and I would highly recommend the Panchali Hotel as the best place for food (including Lighthouse Beach) and much cheaper. My hubbie is Indian and a foodie and he couldn't sing the praises of this place highly enough. It's not far from the temple, most taxi drivers should know it.
