I haven't had chance to update people recently because it's been a busy old month, Shermina has gone to England to have a break (cough cough - I think she's got loads of people to meet! :o), she'll be abck in a couple of weeks though as she only gets a month off!!! The last few days we've been giving out clothes in Margao and Vasco, probably gave out over 1200 pieces of clothing - so thanks to everyone who gave us things... I'll update the pictures (hopefully) by the end of the week. I'm a little behind, but managed to put up some of our sports day which happened a couple of weeks ago...

Enjoy
I went out and volunteered for CWT back in January. I only went for a month but it was fantastic. The children are amazing. It was definately the best experience of my life. I was also one of the lucky volunteers to take part in the trip to Mumbai, so many emotions!!!!! I am saving up hard to go back for longer now.
I can go on for hours about it, is there anything specific you wanted to know about?
Many thanks

Hope you're well.. Things going well here, we have got two into school (starting mid June) and we're hoping to get 'proper' teachers here in The Mango House so we can get the children up to a good standard to get them into proper school, most schools have said they're either full or the children are too far behind, which is annoying as they shouldn't be able to turn you away... But things are never easy here...
I'm good but homeless for the next few weeks, should have just renewed visa and come straight back, good news about schooling for the kids, by the way have you got the train set you wanted!!!! Oh sorry I meant wanted for the kids
Hope you're well and have a home now... Sorry for the late reply, but things are busy (as always). We have 10 - 12 more we're HOPING to get into school on Monday, not the school we wanted but it's better for them to be in school than not. I think they'll go to school in the morning then come here for lunch, then play and relax (oh, and do homework) in the afternoon, stay a little longer and go home around 6pm.... (A longer day for us, but we still want them to enjoy their time here).
No I (cough cough) haven't got the train set or skeletrix set I, I mean the children wanted....
Take care
